As reported in the article, the Tax Court of New Jersey ruled recently that a Franklin Township appraiser inaccurately overassessed the value of an office complex by at least $15 million and determined the data and analysis provided by the appraiser that the complex owners had hired, Cottontail Holdings and Two Franklin Realty, were credible.
The article mentions that Christopher Stracco, counsel for the owners, told Law360 they were pleased with the decision.
