As reported in the article, on March 12, Saxum Real Estate presented its plans to the Madison Historic Preservation Commission to redevelop the Madison Movie Theater into a commercial and residential building. A meeting of the Historical Preservation Commission will continue its hearing of this matter at its regular meeting on April 9 at 7:30 p.m. at the Hartley Dodge Memorial Building in Madison, NJ. Wolfson is representing Saxum Real Estate in connection with this matter.
