Jonathan I. Handler, David Newman, Rod Rodriguez and David Lieberman were mentioned in an article, “Sprint Barred From Shutting Off Low-Income Users’ Internet,” in Law360. The Day Pitney team advised Mobile Citizen and Mobile Beacon in a recent victory, in which a judge in the Business Litigation Session of the Massachusetts Superior Court granted a 90-day preliminary injunction and stopped the Sprint Corporation from its plan to shut off broadband access to more than 300,000 low-income and disadvantaged users across the country.
