Day Pitney Advises Ibis Plaza Office Suites in Acquisition of Mount Laurel Office Building

Parsippany, NJ, September 16, 2015 - Day Pitney advised Ibis Plaza Office Suites, in the acquisition of a 23,000 square foot office building in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.

The acquisition is the first strategic addition the Hamilton, New Jersey-based office space company had completed as it executes its expansion plans. The property, built in 1981, is a two-story building that will be modernized.

Colleen Donovan and Christopher Hopkins led the Day Pitney team, which included Nicole Magdziak.
