Boston, Mass., May 27, 2015?- Day Pitney LLP represented Evident Thermoelectrics, a leader in thermoelectric solutions for power generation,? in the purchase of assets from GMZ Energy, Inc. for an undisclosed price. GMZ creates high temperature, stable semiconductor nano-materials for thermoelectric applications like waste heat recovery. The acquisition includes all patents, equipment, product lines, website, customer contacts and the brand.
