On February 23, the Second Circuit on Tuesday ruled that an immigration court was wrong to deny Honduran national Edson Flores', request to postpone removal proceedings while he sought a waiver to stay in the U.S., saying that the man's sexual abuse convictions do not bar him from seeking a waiver of inadmissibility. John, who represented Flores pro bono, said that Flores will now have the opportunity to be heard on merits.
