The dismissal of a putative class action against client Quest Diagnostics in a New Jersey federal court was featured by Law360 on September 11. The plaintiff alleged that Quest denied her severance benefits owed under the company's Voluntary Separation Agreement, but U.S. District Judge Dennis Cavanaugh dismissed the charges for lack of standing. Gregory C. Parliman, Theresa A. Kelly and Richard H. Brown represented Quest and are mentioned in the article, which can be found here.
