Leiha Macauley discusses the will and estate of James Gandolfini in a July 19 New York Times and CNBC article addressing the controversy surrounding the late actor's finances. Gandolfini died from a heart attack at the age of 51, and his will, made public after his death, has been criticized amid speculation about distribution of assets and taxes due. But Leiha says that taxes might be beside the point: "The person who is trying to provide for the children from the first marriage, the second marriage, and a wife who may be the same age as his sisters, he doesn't care about estate taxes. He wants to provide for them equally."
