Joe Fagan was quoted in an SNL Financial article on the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's decision to deny a request by Chestnut Ridge Storage LLC to authorize its Junction Natural Gas Storage Project in Pennsylvania. In commenting on the difficulties faced by Chestnut Ridge and another storage developer, Joe suggested that developers should take advantage of FERC's formal prefiling review process in the future as a way of avoiding similar outcomes.
