Day Pitney's Summer Apprentice Program Featured in Connecticut Law Tribune

The July 25, 2011, issue of the Connecticut Law Tribune includes an article on how summer associate programs at law firms have changed over the past few years. Day Pitney's summer apprentice program is prominently featured for its "intensive, hands-on training in everything from transactions and litigation to community service." Peter Wilson Jr., director of diversity and legal recruiting, notes that the revamped program provides the students with a "more realistic look at what the life of a junior associate is in our firm." Walter Menjivar, a summer apprentice this year, is also quoted.
