Day Pitney announced today that William M. Pezzoni has joined the firm's Boston office as a partner. Mr. Pezzoni practices in the area of land use and environmental law and commercial finance and comes to the firm from Mirick & O'Connell.
Mr. Pezzoni has represented regional and national developers in major development and renovation projects and focuses his practice on real estate law, commercial lending, zoning and wetlands use. He also represents municipalities and local agencies in construction disputes and practices in the area of corporate law, and commercial finance, representing various banks and credit unions.
