Lorena Friger represents clients in complex estate and trust disputes, as well as complex commercial litigation matters. Known for her strategic approach and strong advocacy, Lorena helps fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and families navigate legal challenges with confidence and clarity. Her practice focuses on will contests, trust disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and guardianship conflicts. Lorena ensures clients’ legal matters are handled with diligence and precision. She consistently delivers well-reasoned arguments and legal analyses while working closely with clients to guide them through complex legal challenges. With over six years as a Florida licensed attorney, Lorena has extensive experience in both trial and appellate courts. In addition to her probate and fiduciary litigation experience, she has cultivated a diverse skill set across legal areas, including first- and third-party insurance, real estate, business litigation, and trust and estate administration matters. Her broad experience enables her to effectively assess legal risks and develop strategic solutions to safeguard clients’ interests.

During law school, Lorena honed her litigation skills and deepened her understanding of the legal system through internships with judges in Miami-Dade County. She also excelled academically, earning CALI Book Awards for achieving the highest grades in her Criminal Law and Family Law courses.
