The article in the New Jersey Law Journal is a follow up to "NJ Court Confirms Standing Based on Lost Note Affidavit, When Loss Is Prior to Assignment," which discusses the admissibility of lost note affidavits when the loss of the note occurs prior to an assignment. The new article discusses the Supreme Court of New Jersey's unanimous opinion in Investors Bank v.
