Trust and Estate attorney Daniela Catrocho authored an article, "Death with Dignity: The Basics of NJ's Medical Aid in Dying Law," published by the New Jersey Law Journal. The article discusses the Medical Aid in Dying for the Terminally Ill Act, which will go into effect in New Jersey on August 1, 2019. New Jersey will become the eight jurisdiction in the country to allow terminally ill patients to end their own lives in a humane and dignified manner.
