Susan Huntington served as a primary author of "Issues and Considerations in an Evolving Liability Environment: Summaries and Checklists Regarding Protections for Board of Directors and Executive Officers," a toolkit published by the American Health Lawyers Association's (AHLA) Business Law and Governance Practice Group. The toolkit identifies liability issues for directors and officers and provides checklists of matters to consider with respect to managing challenges and risks.
AHLA's Business Law and Governance Practice Group monitors the financial, regulatory, and operational issues faced by for-profit and nonprofit entities in the health care industry. Huntington currently serves as vice chair of the AHLA's Enterprise Risk Management Task Force.
