The article discusses Day Pitney's commitment to diversity and inclusion through several initiatives, including the firm's summer associate and intern programs, and the Day Pitney Attorney's of Color (DPAC) and Women Working Together (WWT) programs. Mary Rogers, Chair of Day Pitney's Labor and Employment Group and a member of the firm's Executive Committee, was quoted in the article about the importance of diversity initiatives at Day Pitney.
