Beth Barton and Mike Miller Write Bylined Article for Connecticut Law Tribune on Environmental Hazard Statute

Beth Barton and Mike Miller wrote a bylined article, "Debate Continues Over Environmental Hazard Statute," for the Connecticut Law Tribune. The article explores how the implementation of 2013 revisions to Connecticut General Statutes Section 22a-6u may be further delayed until July 1, 2016. These revisions will lower the thresholds for environmental conditions defined as significant environmental hazards (SEHs), requiring that the owner of a property where there is a SEH notify the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) when the SEH is discovered.
