Beth Barton and Mike Miller Write Bylined Article for Connecticut Law Tribune on Environmental Hazard Statute

The article explores how the implementation of 2013 revisions to Connecticut General Statutes Section 22a-6u may be further delayed until July 1, 2016. These revisions will lower the thresholds for environmental conditions defined as significant environmental hazards (SEHs), requiring that the owner of a property where there is a SEH notify the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) when the SEH is discovered.
