The column titled "Two Standards for Phase I Site Assessments" discussed the potential impact of a Dec. 30, 2013 final ruling issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency accepting the use of a revised industry standard for the conduct of an initial environmental assessment of properties by an environmental technical professional.
