Commercial Litigation Attorneys Discuss Supreme Court ATS Ruling in <i>Law360</i>

Partner Ben Haglund and associate Barbara Yu authored an article, "Kiobel Ruling Curbs Potential ATS Liability?- For Now," for Law360 on April 18. They review the Supreme Court's recent decision that the Alien Tort Statute does not apply to actions on foreign soil, along with the background of the decision and implications for the future.
