<i>Huffington Post</i> Publishes Article by Mark Morgan on Egypt's Need for A Freedom of Information Law

Mark Morgan co-wrote an article for The Huffington Post that discusses Egypt's need for freedom of information legislation that guarantees citizens access to information about their government's dealings.
