Beth Barton wrote an article on Connecticut's Brownfields Revitalization and Remediation Program that was published in the April 9 issue of the Connecticut Law Tribune. The article looks at the first anniversary of the program, which is about two months away. Beth observes the program is off to a good start, putting "Connecticut at the head of the class when it comes to incentivizing the remediation and redevelopment of brownfields," but there are some revisions to the law currently under discussion that "would provide much needed clarification" on certain issues.
