<i>EnergyBiz Insider</i> Publishes Article by Harold Blinderman
Harold Blinderman wrote an article on the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) that was published in EnergyBiz Insider. RGGI is the first mandatory, market-based greenhouse gas emissions reduction program in the United States. With critics arguing that RGGI is "an ineffective mechanism for addressing global warming and reducing greenhouse gas emissions," Harold concludes the solution is a "tweaking of the RGGI cap, trade and invest model rather than radically overhauling or abandoning the RGGI concept."
