Helena Ferreira advises emerging growth companies, private enterprises, and public corporations on complex business transactions, corporate governance, and securities regulation.
She serves as a strategic advisor across the corporate lifecycle, counseling founders and early-stage companies through entity formation, commercial operations, and venture capital financings. In her M&A practice, Helena represents both strategic acquirers and target companies in buy- and sell-side transactions, including private equity-backed buyouts. In addition to her private company work, Helena advises public reporting companies on ongoing SEC disclosure obligations and capital markets offering.
