Overview

Grace is a land use attorney with more than 16 years of experience representing developers and private clients in complex contract, real estate, land use, and redevelopment matters. With over eight years focused on development-related work, she regularly advises clients on securing development approvals and navigating the regulatory landscape for significant real estate projects.

Grace represents developers before zoning and planning boards in connection with a wide range of land use applications and has substantial experience prosecuting real property tax appeals, including exemption matters. She also handles litigation through trial and appeal in New Jersey state and federal courts, as well as in tax and administrative forums.

In the courtroom, Grace has litigated high-stakes disputes involving municipal tax abatements, PILOT calculations, eminent domain, and financial agreements.  Her practice blends strategic regulatory advocacy with seasoned litigation strategy to deliver results for clients.vIn addition, Grace advises clients with transactional matters in the renewable energy sector, including negotiating and drafting power purchase agreements and preparing filings before the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities.

Known for a practical, results-oriented approach, Grace works closely with clients to advance development objectives, mitigate risk, and resolve complex disputes efficiently.

Successfully navigated a contested application for a mixed-use, three-story building with first floor retail space and residential units for variances from site plan design standards for freestanding signs and wall signs and obtained final major site plan approval
