Family Office Real Estate Investing Series

Day Pitney hosted the latest installment of its Family Office Real Estate Investing Series, a private event bringing together family offices, founders, operators, developers, and investors to discuss real estate trends shaping South Florida.

The program explored Miami’s continued evolution as a capital hub and the growing role of family offices in shaping investment strategies, forming long-term partnerships, and influencing capital flows throughout the market. Discussions addressed increasingly sophisticated deal structures, a more relationship-driven capital-raising environment, and Miami’s expanding presence in national and global investment strategies.

In his closing remarks, Daniel Diaz Leyva, chair of Day Pitney’s Florida Real Estate Practice, captured the transformation underway: “what began as a migration has become a movement.”

The event continued Day Pitney’s ongoing dialogue with the family office and real estate communities about investment opportunities and the forces shaping the market.
