"Trust & Estates Mid-Year Review", Boston Bar Association Virtual Webinar

Boston Attorney Susan A. Robb, Counsel in the Private Client Department, presented at the Boston Bar Association's Trust & Estates Mid-Year Review on January 17. The webinar covered recent federal and state cases, public policy updates, and tax law matters. Robb, Co-Chair of the BBA's Trusts & Estates Public Policy Committee, discussed various bills moving through the Massachusetts legislature, including acts pertaining to decanting, digital assets, unitrusts, and special needs trusts for seniors, as well as other topics of interest to trusts and estates practitioners.
