"Remote Work," Federation of Tax Administrators

On June 12, Day Pitney's Multistate Tax Practice Chair Scott Clark was a panelist at the 2023 Federation of Tax Administrators Annual meeting in Providence where he spoke on the "Remote Work," panel with Eversheds Sutherland's Charles Kearns, Multistate Tax Commission's Helen Hecht and moderated by Brian Oliner, General Counsel for the FTA. The panel was on the implications on tax administration and policy of the increase and permanency of remote workers.
