"NLRB Updates: The Biden Administration Board," New Jersey State Bar Association

On November 18, Day Pitney Employment and Labor Partner Rachel Gonzalez is speaking at the 44th Annual National Labor Relations Board Labor Law Conference – The Arthur Eisenberg Labor Symposium sponsored by the New Jersey State Bar Association. Gonzalez will be on the "Ensuring Rights and Remedies for Immigrant Workers Under the NLRA," panel with Pablo Godoy (Deputy Assistant General Counsel, NLRB), Raymond G. Heineman, Lisa Manshel, and David Nachman.
