Inbound Planning: Trust and Estate Planning 2020

On December 10, Dina Kapur Sanna served as a speaker on the panel, "Inbound Planning," at the American Law Institute, Continuing Legal Education Trust and Estate Planning 2020 conference. Topics included planning for inbound wealth transfers to U.S. clients from a nonresident alien, and the difference between foreign and domestic trusts. Participants learned about the best forms of a gift and U.S. domestic trusts created by nonresident aliens, both tax and nontax issues.
