Planning Tips and Pitfalls for International Estate Planners

On December 8, Dina Kapur Sanna and Carl Merino served as panelists on the Boston Estate Planning Council panel, "Planning Tips and Pitfalls for International Estate Planners." The session provided key planning points to consider in working with international private clients, whether advising non-U.S. clients on "inbound" gifts or investments or advising U.S. clients with planning and reporting for assets overseas.
