"Ethical Issues That Can Arise in Commercial Real Estate Transactions," Virtual Connecticut Legal Conference, Connecticut Bar Association

On September 14, Patricia "Paty" Jimenez served as a panelist for the session, "Ethical Issues That Can Arise in Commercial Real Estate Transactions," at the Connecticut Bar Association's Virtual Connecticut Legal Conference. The program focused on ethical issues that arise in commercial real estate transactions, and the ethical responsibilities when conducting environmental investigations related to commercial transactions. Participants also learned the basic makeup of a commercial real estate transaction and potential conflicts that can arise, and how focus differs among real estate attorneys, lender attorneys and Licensed Environmental Professionals.
