New Jersey Association of Corporate Counsel's 14th Annual All-Day CLE Conference

On September 16, 2016, C. John DeSimone, III co-presented at the New Jersey Association of Corporate Counsel’s 14th Annual All-Day CLE Conference at the Hannover Marriott located in Whippany, New Jersey. DeSimone was joined by Lindsay H. Tasher, Esq. of Wyatt Partners and David Joyal, Esq., of Coty, Inc. The three spoke about ways to reduce the expense of commercial litigation. The presentation was interactive, and tackled the subject by breaking it into three parts: 

1. addressing pre-litigation issues to manage the process of retaining counsel;
2. the stages of the litigation including discovery, motion practice, and trial; and,
3. post-litigation retrospection to refine procedures.
