International Trust and Estate Planning 2019

On November 14, Dina Kapur Sanna will be speaking on two panels at International Trust and Estate Planning 2019, a program and live video webcast presented by American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education (ALI CLE) and held in Washington, D.C. Her first panel, "Inbound Planning Issues for Nonresident Alien Individuals," will focus on pre-immigration income tax, estate and gift tax planning. Her second panel, "Inbound Planning Issues for Nonresident Investors and Outbound U.S. Citizens and Residents," will explore estate planning and tax issues for nonresident aliens and investors in US situs assets.
