On October 24, Heather Weine Brochin and Mike Dell will present a webcast, titled "2019: A Year of Dramatic Changes for Mandatory Employment Arbitration?" in partnership with Celesq and West LegalEdcenter/Thomson Reuters. The program will focus on new questions presented by state legislatures, courts of law, and public opinion that employers are facing with regard to mandatory arbitration provisions. Brochin and Dell will examine federal authorization of mandatory arbitration agreements, the rise of new challenges to mandatory arbitration, and some of 2019's positive court decisions for employers.
