NJ Zoning: How To Use Zoning To Create The Desired Neighborhood

On April 10, Peter Wolfson and Katharine Coffey presented and spoke at "NJ Zoning: How to Use Zoning to Create the Desired Neighborhood," a program presented by the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority Redevelopment Training Institute (NJRA-RTI) and held in Newark, NJ. Wolfson and Coffey gave a presentation on the Fair Housing Act, including its evolution, implications and current status. In addition, they spoke on a panel that addressed how inclusionary zoning via rezoning and redevelopment has been used effectively in urban settings and suburban environments as well as the financial and social impact of zoning on developers and municipalities.
