Fifth Annual Electric Transmission in the Northeast Conference

On April 5, Evan Reese was a speaker at the fifth annual Electric Transmission in the Northeast, a conference presented by Law Seminars International and held in Boston, MA. Reese’s presentation, “Developments in Federal Energy and Environmental Policy,” discussed what to expect from the new Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) in the coming year as well as other recent and likely future legislative and litigation developments.
