  On October 24, Day Pitney co-sponsored the Diversity and Inclusion Best Practices Symposium with the Garden State Bar Association at PSEG's Corporate Headquarters in Newark, NJ. The symposium focused on initiatives employed by law firms and corporations to identify and acquire talent, build a pipeline of diverse talent and develop future leaders. It also explored the broader context of diversity and inclusion and discussed areas beyond race and gender. The panel was moderated by Kathy Bowman-Williams, Day Pitney Director of Diversity and Inclusion, and included:
