On December 11, Glynis Ritchie and Ken Shulman discussed the topic "Special Needs Estate Planning For Families With Children With Disabilities," at an estate and financial planning workshop in Stoughton, Massachusetts. The workshop, hosted by Jewish Family & Children's Services, included a discussion on wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, the importance of special needs trusts, guardianship petitions and how to best plan for long-term care.
