On March 12, 2015, Day Pitney was a sponsor of the Pathways to Leadership for Women Lawyers Ladder Award ceremony presented by the Women in the Law Section in association with the Young Lawyers Section of the Connecticut Bar Association. The evening's keynote speaker was Fran Pastore, President & CEO of the Women's Business Development Council. The Ladder Award recipient was Diane W. Whitney of Pullman & Comley. The event was well-attended by members of the bar and law students, including Day Pitney's Jaime Bachrach, Sunita Paknikar, Tekhara Kimber, Judith Blank, and Richard Wasserman.
