Day Pitney and ACC Present the Event-- Ask the Enforcers: The Most Significant Enforcement Trends and Greatest Risks in Global Commerce Today

On October 29, the Day Pitney White Collar Defense and Internal Investigations group will sponsor the half-day seminar “Ask the Enforcers: The Most Significant Enforcement Trends and Greatest Risks in Global Commerce Today” together with the Association of Corporate Counsel of Westchester County and Southern Connecticut. Day Pitney partner Bob Appleton will moderate the event, which will cover economic and trade sanctions, best practices to build an effective sanctions compliance program, and a Q&A session with government representatives responsible for investigating and enforcing the applicable laws. Featured government speakers include Dan Braun, Deputy Chief of the Fraud Section, U.S. DOJ; Donald Im, Supervisory Special Agent, DEA Special Operations; Shari Leventhal, Deputy General Counsel, New York Federal Reserve Bank; and George "Ren" McEachern, Supervisory Special Agent, FBI. The event will be held at the Woodway Country Club in Darien, CT.
