Program Summary:
As the government's interest and involvement in corporate America increases, so does the likelihood that they will take an interest in your company.
If this occurs, what is the board's responsibility and how does the board respond? Who is in charge and who do you need to call to assist with the board's response? Legal proceedings may never come to light, but the court of public opinion convenes instantly - how will you be judged? Could preventive measures be taken now to decrease the odds the government will look your way at all?
On April 7th, the Connecticut Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors will host a panel discussion led by experts who have been through the process and who will provide tips on how you can help guide your board through it as well. No director should miss this one!

Michael Fox, President, Corporate Communications Group, ICR, Inc.
