Francine Esposito Discusses Social Media in the Workplace at Upcoming Conference

Francine Esposito is speaking on March 8 at the Association of Environmental Authorities' Utility Management Conference in Atlantic City, NJ. Francine's presentation, "HR Update: GINA and Social Media in the workplace," will cover the employment law dangers relating to employee use of social media, as well as those associated with the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008 (GINA), which prohibits the acquisition, use, and disclosure of certain information about employees and their family members.
