On March 6, 2013, Day Pitney was a sponsor of the Latino Law Student Association at Rutgers University School of Law - Camden (ALIANZA) 10th Anniversary Annual Campeones de la Justicia Banquet in Camden, New Jersey. The award recipients were the Honorable Nelson Diaz, former judge of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and former Day Pitney attorney Jennifer Velez, the Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Human Services. Day Pitney attorney Mark Morgan and Director of Diversity Asker Saeed attended the banquet along with friends and clients of the firm.
