David Swerdloff and Jennifer Pagnillo Discuss Benefit Corporations at XPX CT Breakfast Meeting

David Swerdloff will moderate a panel discussion on "Benefit Corporations: A New Socially Conscious Business Strategy" at an XPX CT Breakfast on November 19. Jennifer Pagnillo will serve on the panel that will discuss the new benefit corporation structure, which permits business owners to profit and also provide benefits to the community. Benefit corporations have only been available in Connecticut since October 1.
