David Greenbaum to Moderate Roundtable on Legal Issues in Social Media

On October 28, David Greenbaum will host and moderate a roundtable luncheon on legal issues in social media for the International Trademark Association in the New York office. The roundtable will explore a variety of legal issues arising in the social media space, including disclosure of confidential information, lawyers' professional responsibility obligations, e-discovery, ownership and use of user-generated content, defamation, HR concerns and privacy issues.
