On September 2, 2015, Day Pitney was a Platinum sponsor of the South Asian Bar Association of Connecticut (SABAC) Annual Awards Dinner held at the Hilton Hotel in Hartford, Connecticut.

The evening's keynote speaker and recipient of the 2014 SABAC Distinguished Legal Professional Award was Neal Katyal, Georgetown Law Professor and partner at Hogan Lovells. The 2015 SABAC Trailblazer Award recipient was Professor Sudha Setty of the Western New England University School of Law. The 2015 SABAC Community Service Award recipient was Kick for Nick, a soccer ball collection program founded in honor of PFC Nicholas Madaras.
