Day Pitney's Manuel Garcia-Linares Named to Florida Trend's 2026 Legal Elite NOTABLE Managing Partners List for Fourth Consecutive Year

Day Pitney LLP is proud to announce that Florida Offices Managing Partner and Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department, Manuel A. Garcia-Linares, has been named to Florida Trend’s 2026 Legal Elite NOTABLE Managing Partners list, marking his fourth consecutive year receiving the distinction. 

This recognition spotlights law firm leaders who demonstrate professional achievement, impactful leadership, and active contributions to their communities by creating lasting change, serving as role models, and leading professional or civic organizations.

A trusted advisor and accomplished litigator, Garcia-Linares represents businesses, executives, fiduciaries, developers, and high-net-worth individuals in complex commercial and business litigation matters. His experience includes officer and director liability claims, real estate disputes, professional malpractice matters, probate and trust litigation, and class action cases.  

In addition to his litigation practice and firm leadership roles, Garcia-Linares is a past co-chair of the Day Pitney Diverse Attorneys Network, reflecting his longstanding commitment to leadership, mentorship, and advancing inclusivity within the legal profession. 

Garcia-Linares collaborates with the firm's family office, corporate, transactional, and estate planning practices to provide clients with comprehensive legal solutions. As a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Florida, Garcia-Linares brings valuable financial insight into his legal strategies. He earned his B.A. from the University of Miami and his J.D, magna cum laude, from Tulane University. 

A respected leader within the legal community, Garcia-Linares currently serves on the board of the Cuban American Bar Association Foundation and serves as Outside General Counsel to the Coral Gables Retirement Board. He is a past president of both the Cuban American Bar Association and the Cuban American CPA Association. 

According to Florida Trend, honorees must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar, have practiced law for at least 10 years, and hold a senior executive role. Honorees are selected through a nomination-based process with industry peers and business associates and are further evaluated through an editorial review process.
