Hether joined Eric Hayes of Goodwin for a session titled “Current Issues in Trust Administration.” The presentation addressed recent developments affecting trust administration, including qualified beneficiaries, non-judicial settlement agreements, the Uniform Conflict of Laws in Trusts and Estates Act, and recent trust cases from across New England.
