Corporate Associate – Public Companies & Securities
Day Pitney's Corporate & Business Law Department is seeking a highly motivated associate with 3–4 years of corporate, securities and transactional experience to join our growing team in either our Parsippany, New Jersey or Boston, Massachusetts office.
Candidates should have demonstrated experience, or a strong interest, in advising public companies on a broad range of corporate matters, including public company disclosure obligations, capital markets offerings, SEC filing and compliance requirements, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactional matters.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with industry experts in a collaborative, sophisticated, and team-oriented environment.

Requirements
- 3–4 years of demonstrated experience working with public companies on corporate, securities, disclosure and transactional matters
- Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
- Strong technical, professional, and client service skills
- Proven ability to manage complex matters with attention to detail and efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in team settings
- Bar admission in good standing in the jurisdiction you plan to practice is required
