Overview
Christopher Mullen advises clients on a range of federal and state tax matters, including transactional tax planning and due diligence in connection with sales and liquidations involving corporate and pass-through entities. He also advises on the business formations and reorganizations. Christopher is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey.
Prior to joining Day Pitney, Christopher served as a Corporate Tax Senior Manager at a mid-market accounting and advisory firm.
